Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange: - The item must be in original condition. - The item must not be assembled (unless defective). - The item must be unused and free from damage. - The customer must provide proof of purchase. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of approval or denial. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To submit a claim, customers must provide: - Order number - Clear photos of the damage - Description of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or scheduled for delivery. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Financing Purchases
All financing transactions are subject to the same return and refund policy stated above.
